This article will go through how to clear system cache, force stop and relaunch the ScreenCloud player app on an Amazon device.
Step 1: Go to 'Settings'.
Step 2: Scroll right and select 'Applications'.
Step 3: Scroll down and select 'Managed Installed Applications'.
Step 4: Scroll down and select the 'ScreenCloud Player' app.
Do not click on 'Clear Data', as this will unpair your screen.
Step 5: Select 'Clear Cache' to clear system cache.
Step 6: Select 'Force Stop'.
Step 7: Next, select 'Launch Application'.
Wait a moment until the ScreenCloud app restarts and your content will resume shortly.
