This article will go through how to access and download your payment invoices directly from your ScreenCloud Signage (2015) account. Please note, if you have any questions regarding payments please reach out to email@example.com with the main email address for your ScreenCloud account.
1. To get started, log into your ScreenCloud Signage account at https://signage.screen.cloud.
2. Once you're logged in, visit the lower-left hand navigation and select your account settings. You can also visit https://signage.screen.cloud/account/billing directly to access your billing information.
3. From here, you can access a list of all your recent payment history and the status of any invoices in the "Billing" portal. For example, any paid invoices will be labeled as "paid" and outstanding invoices will be noted as "unpaid". Please note, invoices are available for full and pro-rata subscription charges based on your billing plan (e.g. monthly or annually).
4. You can select the "Download" icon respectively next to any invoice to download a PDF copy of the invoice to your device.
