1. How do I switch between teams in my ScreenCloud account?
1.1. If you have users and teams set up in your account, please visit https://signage.screen.cloud/account/users from your account settings.
1.2. Click on "Users & Teams".
1.3. You will see at the top of this page the name of the current team you're viewing. To switch your team, click on the "Change" button.
1.4. You're greeted with a pop-up window. The drop-down menu allows you to select between the teams managed on the account you're logged into.
1.5. Once you select the team, click on the "Switch Team" button and you'll be able to view the team segment chosen in your ScreenCloud account. This will give you access to all of the content, screens, and apps managed within that team segment.
2. Why can't I see the option to change or switch between teams?
Please note, switching between teams in ScreenCloud is only available if you have one of the following account statuses:
- The owner of a ScreenCloud account which you've created multiple teams for.
- An admin for a ScreenCloud account you were invited to as a user or team member. An admin has cross-access between all of the teams managed under the account and to the billing information.
