BrightSign Devices - ScreenCloud Requirements

Hello and thank you for visiting our ScreenCloud Help Center. This article will go through what BrightSign devices are compatible with ScreenCloud. 

The ScreenCloud Player app is compatible with BrightSign devices that run BrightSign's 8.x firmware. Most BrightSign devices do run the 8.x firmware, with only Series 2 devices on down running on the 7.x or 6.x firmware.

Here is the list of the BrightSign devices that are compatible with ScreenCloud (recommended devices in bold):

  • BrightSign XD4 (XD234 and XD1034 models) - Available, supported and recommended, buy here
  • BrightSign HD4 (HD224 and HD1024 models) - Available, supported and recommended, buy here
  • BrightSign LS4 (LS424 model) - Available, limited support (only images and videos, no support for web links or apps), buy here
  • BrightSign HD-OPS (HO523 model) - Available, supported and recommended, buy here
  • BrightSign DSM (HS123 model) - Available, supported
  • BrightSign XT3 (XT243 and XT1143 models) - Discontinued, supported
  • BrightSign XD3 (XD233 and XD1033 models) - Discontinued, supported
  • BrightSign HD3 (HD223 and HD1023 models) - Discontinued, supported
  • BrightSign LS3 (LS423 model) - Discontinued, limited support (only images and videos, no support for web links or apps)
  • BrightSign 4K (4K242, 4K1042 and 4K1142 models) - Discontinued, supported
  • BrightSign XD2 (XD232, XD1032 and XD1132 models) - Discontinued, not supported
  • BrightSign HD2 (HD222 and HD1022 models) - Discontinued, not supported
  • BrightSign LS (LS322 and LS422 models) - Discontinued, not supported
  • BrightSign XD (XD230, XD1030 and XD1230 models) - Discontinued, not supported
  • BrightSign HD (HD120, HD220 and HD1020 models) - Discontinued, not supported
  • BrightSign AU (AU320 model) - Discontinued, not supported
