Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are recommended to use while browsing the ScreenCloud website. These browsers are most optimized for the ScreenCloud website and provide you with the best experience and performance while using our digital signage software. Chrome and Firefox are also most recommended for an overall better browsing experience on other websites as well due to their native ecosystems and robust performance.
Please note that intermittent glitches or bugs are prone to happen on any web browser when visiting any website, not only ScreenCloud. We understand if the recommended browsers are not preferred, may not be an option, or Chrome/Firefox are experiencing an issue. We recommend to try and troubleshoot your browser by clearing your cache.
Which browsers are not recommended?
For ScreenCloud, browsers such as Safari, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, and Opera are not recommended.
