What is kiosk mode?

Kiosk mode gives you the ability to run a single app above the lock screen on your Windows 10 or Intel NUC device. When the kiosk accounts signs in, the app will be launched automatically. The person using the kiosk device cannot do anything on the device outside of the kiosk app. This is useful if you want your device to essentially be locked on the ScreenCloud app for displaying digital signage.

It is also beneficial for your Windows 10 or Intel NUC device in cases that it requires a reboot, crashes, or automatically restarts from a system update. This removes the need to manually have to restart the ScreenCloud app each time the device is powered on and off, allowing your digital signage content to run by default.

How can I set up my device in kiosk mode?

To get started on setting this up for your device, you will need to purchase a Windows 10 Pro, Enterprise, or Education license. You can view more information on pricing by clicking here.
