Hello and thank you for visiting our ScreenCloud Help Center. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to set up ScreenCloud’s digital signage software using an Amazon Device, plus a step-by-step guide to adding rich digital content in mere minutes.

1. To use an Amazon Fire TV for digital signage
1.1. Go to the search on your Amazon Fire TV device, and enter 'Screencloud', then enter to perform the search
1.2. Select the ScreenCloud Signage Player app for Amazon Fire TV, and install it
1.3. Launch the app
1.4. You will be asked if you would like to set the Signage app to launch whenever the Amazon Fire TV turns on. Choose yes or no.
- Make a note of the pairing code - this is the code you need to enter into the "Screens" section of your ScreenCloud account.
2. To reset the pairing code
If you want to pair your Amazon Fire TV with a different ScreenCloud Signage account, or if you need to reset the pairing for any other reason:
2.1. Press the 'menu' button on your Amazon Fire TV remote (it looks like 3 horizontal lines)
2.2. A menu will pop up. Press down until you see the Reset Pairing option. Choose it.
- Your Amazon Fire TV will reset the pairing, and show the pairing screen again.
3. To launch the ScreenCloud Player App at launch
If you want to set the Signage app to launch whenever the Amazon Fire TV turns on (for example, after a power cut, or when you turn the screens on in the morning), try the following:
3.1. Press the 'menu' button on your Amazon Fire TV remote (it looks like 3 horizontal lines)
3.2. A menu will pop up. Press down until you see the Start at Boot option.
3.3. Select the option, and exit the menu
3.4. Your Amazon Fire TV will now launch the ScreenCloud Player app whenever it's turned on.
