Hello and thank you for visiting our ScreenCloud Help Center. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to set up ScreenCloud’s digital signage software using an iOS Device, plus a step-by-step guide to adding rich digital content in mere minutes.

1. To use an iOS device as a screen
1.1. Download the ScreenCloud Signage Player app for iOS
1.2. Connect your iOS device to Wi-Fi (we don't currently support streaming over your mobile phone data plan)
1.3. Launch the app
1.4. Make a note of the pairing code - this is the code you need to enter this into the "Screens" section of your ScreenCloud account.
2. To reset the pairing code
If you want to pair your iPhone with a different ScreenCloud account, or if you need to reset the pairing for any other reason:
2.1. Press and hold the screen on the iOS device for 2 seconds
2.2. A menu will pop up - click Force Show Pairing Screen to reset the pairing on the device. You'll be shown the pairing code (see step 4, above), and can now re-pair this device.
