We have the Chrome App (Chrome browser extension) installed on a Windows PC. When I try to put up any kind of content, I'm getting a plain white screen on the device. I've tried resetting the pairings a few times, but it's not working.
If you're using Windows, please install our windows app from the following link -https://release.screen.cloud/. This should solve any issue you may have while using the Chrome Browser extension. This is not recommended to use on Windows devices as the extension is what is used to run ScreenCloud on Chrome OS devices.
