Hello and thank you for visiting our ScreenCloud Help Center. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to set up ScreenCloud’s digital signage software using a Windows OS device, plus a step-by-step guide to adding rich digital content in mere minutes.

1. How to use a Windows desktop/device as a screen

1.1. Download the ScreenCloud Signage Player app for Window

1.2. Launch the app 

1.3. Make a note of the pairing code - this is the code you need to enter into ScreenCloud Signage

  • The ScreenCloud Signage Player will now show a pairing code.

 

2. How to reset the pairing code

If you want to pair your Windows device with a different ScreenCloud Signage account, or if you need to reset the pairing for any other reason:

2.1. Hover over the player, and observe two icons appear at the top right of the player

2.2. Click on the icon that looks like a set of three slider controls

2.3. Click on the 'Reset pairing' button.

2.4. This will reset the player pairing, and you can re-pair it following the instructions above

  • At the top right, you can see the icons you need to control the ScreenCloud Signage player for Windows.

  • Click on the 'Reset pairing' button.

 

3. How to toggle view from full-screen to a smaller screen

3.1. Hover over the player, and observe two icons appear at the top right of the player

3.2. Click the arrows pointing inwards or outwards, this switches the ScreenCloud Player for Windows in full-screen and smaller screen mode
