Hello and thank you for visiting our ScreenCloud Help Center. This article will go through general troubleshooting when creating schedules to use in ScreenCloud.
Please note, you must set the time in the schedule for when you want to display the content on the screen. It will default to the timezone of the hardware so it is not important where you are based, but the timezone of your device will sync with your schedule.

My schedules are not syncing or running at the times I have set, what do I do?
If you're having any trouble with your schedule syncing or playing at the desired times you have set, we recommend checking time zone settings on your device.
Amazon FireTV/Stick users: If you change your timezone settings and notice your schedules are still out of sync, there is an extra step here for you that can resolve this. Visit your ScreenCloud signage app on your device, then click the "Settings" button on your remote to open the side menu. Here, there is an option to change your "Rendering Engine", click on this and switch it to "Native Webview".
