I’m Receiving a White Screen When Starting the ScreenCloud App on a Fire TV Stick

Hello and thank you for visiting our ScreenCloud Help Center. This article will go through how to troubleshoot if you are receiving a white screen when starting the ScreenCloud app on a Fire TV Stick device.

1. If you see a white screen when starting the app on the Amazon Fire TV Stick or fire TV Box, it could be that there's an issue with the startup process. Return to the Amazon App Store page and delete the ScreenCloud app. 

2. Reinstalling the app after deleting it should do the trick and clear this up.
