Chrome Device – Every Time the Device Reboots My Screen Is Not Paired or Working With ScreenCloud App

Hello and thank you for visiting our ScreenCloud Help Center. This article will go through how to troubleshoot if you're using a managed chrome device and notice everytime the device reboots, when the ScreenCloud app launches, it seems to reset itself.

1. Under the device settings there is a setting called "User Data" (Erase all local user info, settings, and state after each sign-out), if you have this set to "Erase all local user data", this could be causing your issue.

2. If you change it to "Don't erase all local user data", this should fix the issue. This link should take you to where you can change these settings.
