Hello and thank you for visiting our ScreenCloud Help Center. This article will go through how to troubleshoot if your Twitter App is not pulling in any search results or posts.
"I am having trouble getting my company Twitter feed to show on our screen. Right now it is showing a message that says our results are too old. I'm not sure why this is because we post on our Twitter every day."
In-app settings, please try toggle 'Safe filter' and 'Only show verified' and see if that helps.
Check your input in the Language field. If you entered 'English' it needs to be 'En' but if this is your own account you can leave that field blank.
Please Note: Twitter will only show results within 7 days so make sure you just tweeted something recently for it to pull into the ScreenCloud app.
